Three hardening releases in one day
After an independent review of the whole platform, three releases shipped the same day. Owner-only controls for integrations now check the firm's current owner role at the moment each action runs, not a role remembered from login. Errors in the app are reported to us automatically, as an error name and location only, never a client answer, so we usually see a problem before you need to report it.

Purchase terms, privacy statement and refund policy in force
Our purchase terms, privacy statement and refund policy were adopted after review by a New Zealand law firm and are published in the app. The New Zealand journey was re-walked end to end on the live platform the same day, with the fixes shipped that evening.

Integrations and legal review
A per-firm API key and a completion-notice webhook, so your own tools can react when a client returns a questionnaire. A Clio Manage connection that sends the right questionnaire when a new matter of a type you choose is opened. Export a returned questionnaire as JSON or CSV. And our purchase terms, privacy statement and refund policy, adopted after review by a New Zealand law firm.

England and Wales, and the upload lane end to end
Lasting and enduring powers of attorney for England and Wales went live on the shelf. The upload lane now takes your own form, maps it to a questionnaire, and carries it end to end, so a firm anywhere can start.

New Zealand refinements and setup fixes
New Zealand enduring power of attorney refinements from a practising lawyer's feedback. Fixes so a firm whose place is not yet on the shelf lands on their own upload lane, and so opening a tool always works.
