Privacy, in plain language.

Last updated 14 July 2026. This covers the clearhour.co.nz website. It's short because we collect very little.

What we collect, and why

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, firm, email and message you type, so we can reply. If you build an automation roadmap, we receive the name, firm, email and answers you enter, so we can email you your copy, and Dan is notified so he can send one optional check-in. That's the whole flow: no list, no newsletter, no recurring emails, and we never sell or share your details.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered by email (via Resend, our email provider) to Clearhour's inbox, which runs on Google Workspace. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Each of those providers processes the data only to deliver the service.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first tool that measures page visits without cookies, fingerprinting, or tracking you across sites. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots; it runs only on those forms.

Keeping and deleting

We keep correspondence only as long as it's useful for working with you. Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@clearhour.co.nz and it's done.
